Below are 3 linked workshops offered to students and practitioners of Shiatsu to deepen their knowledge and experience of the meridians.

Each day is devoted to a particular combination of 2 Elements/4 Meridians which work together to form what is commonly known as the 6 Divisions.

Each workshop will include exploration of the Meridians through stretching, movement and bodywork, work with the Organs as well as specific techniques to encourage awareness and Ki to areas that are not clearly defined.

Each day can be booked individually or the series of three gan be booked in advance for a £10 discount
1. Saturday 27th March, 10am - 4pm Bradden Village Hall NN12 8EE Cost: £40 (discount for booking all 3). Establishing a sense of the Earth and developing the ability to expand into and move from it. Exploring the relationship between Earth and Metal
2. Saturday 5th June, 10am - 4pm Bradden Village Hall NN12 8EE Cost: £40 (discount for booking all 3). Strengthening the Inner Core, engaging the spine and reaching out for what you want. Exploring the relationship between Fire and Water
3. Saturday 16th October, 10am - 4pm Bradden Village Hall NN12 8EE Cost: £40 (discount for booking all 3). Keeping it all together, mediating between extremes and integrating the whole. Exploring the relationship between Wood and Supplementary Fire
